Krypt has every contact option that you would expect for a web host of its size and professionalism, including live chat and telephone support so you can always speak to an advisor.  Its knowledgebase is also fairly extensive, and well organized so you can find just what you are looking for.  However, we felt that its online help area could have been expanded and improved, and would hope to see this in the future.  We also found that the site has a tendency to lag at times, which may prove frustrating while you are trying to solve an important technical issue against the clock.

Overall, Krypt is a solid option for any business looking for dedicated or cloud hosting, with impressive reliability and performance and a wide range of products to cover your needs.  Whilst you can probably find slightly better value for your money, Krypt is certainly worth having a look at, as it may just be that nowhere else offers quite the combination you have been looking for.
