Many people looking for shared hosting such as that offered by Just Host will be tackling website design for the first time.  If this is the case, Just Host have made your life a lot easier, providing a simple website design tool for novices.  For those with more expertise, both hosting plans offer full support for the majority of scripts and will support Shockwave, Flash and other media so you can make your site as impressive as possible.  Compared to some web hosts, the actual web design software on offer here is quite limited, but if you want anything better you will have to pay considerably more elsewhere.  At prices like these, the top software is simply out of reach.  However, with your hosting you will at least have access to the industry-leading cPanel control panel software, so you can manage your site easily and effectively from one place.

Two things that you will want above all others with your web hosting are support and reliability.  When it comes to reliability, Just Host are not easy to fault.  Their uptime record is amongst the best in the business and they continue to use some of the top technology available.  Their support system is also good, offering telephone, email and chat support as well as a fairly comprehensive online help center.  Unfortunately, they do let themselves down here a little, as their support staff cannot quite compete in effectiveness with those from some of their rivals and their online help area could do with expanding.  But overall, these factors are not enough to do Just Host much damage.

Just Host's biggest weakness is that it does not offer VPS or dedicated hosting.  This means that if you need to expand your hosting, you will need to transfer your domains and look out for a new company.  Whilst the majority of website owners will probably never be in this position, it is certainly something to consider if you are a business that is looking to grow rapidly, for example.  However, for shared hosting, Just Host is one of the best companies around and is certainly worth having a look at if you can put up with its few small faults.
