Signed up for Linux hosting, a week later I was locked out of my db, support say its because I'm over my 150MB limit but my db is only 45MB. I have told them this several times but am just being ignored. It seems their Customer support agents work from a pre written script and have little or no technical ability.
My site has been unless for 2 days now and unless the problem is escalated to someone with the necessary skills, it will remain that way.
My advice to all is to avoid this company.
In summary, I would not recommend 123-Reg to a friend.
