Earthlink Service Bad

I've been with Earthlink for 20 years with our websites.
The service has since gone downhill badly and we are
now in 2022.
We are leaving them because of lack of service.
Our website went down and we called them for
almost two weeks... spoke to tech guys perhaps
15 times. Nothing got done. Website still down
Called the CEO and president of Earthlink --- nothing.
The firm was good and consistent for several years....
sad now there are a bad service and we are moving
to another web service firm.
Sad, but I would have to say avoid them. I do hope
they get their act together... It may be a financial problem.
In summary, I would not recommend EarthLink to a friend.

This email service is the biggest crock of bull ever!!!! They not only took my money but they also didn't set up my account after I had my address printed on business cards for a trade show. After I found out I spent 3 hours on the phone with the completely inadequate phone representative that had no authority of knowledge to fix my problem or refund my money.
They should be ashamed to be in business and you should NEVER do business with them.
In summary, I would not recommend EarthLink to a friend.
