OVH sets the standard for poor customer service and support. They setup your dedicated server then abandon you and let you fend for yourself - if you have any software issues or hardware related issues. My server started acting up after 3 months, failing to connect and rebooting on its own. They did a 'hardware check' and all they told me was that the check was completed and everything was ok. They do not support the O/S at all. Response time was slow.
In summary, I would not recommend OVH to a friend.
